Concert Order: Choir, Orchestra, Band
Orchestra: 1. Can Can 2. Fiddles on Fire (write seating chart)
Band: 1. Star Wars 2. Ode to Joy 3. T-Rex 4. Feather Theme 5. March 6. Attack of Trombones 7. Tempest
Where to be and when
Mon. 5/21 Wear concert attire: black pants/skirt - white top, black shoes with instrument and music :)
Report to HS between 7:45-8:00AM - HIGH SCHOOL BAND ROOM
No earlier or later please!! I will tell you when to take your instruments out to go on to stage. If you are in choir also, don't worry. Mr. Mello and I will have it planned so you can warm up with both band and choir before we begin the concert.
Concert begins 9:10 when Grades 2-5 arrive
Students will walk back to school with teachers with instruments after concert,
Band stays on stage after performance; our last chance to check sections in music. Mr. Mello and I will walk you back to your school in time for lunch. Trombones, saxophones and baritones can be left backstage so you don't have to carry them back to school (ask me where to put them)
Cellos please arrange for me to drive your instrument or parent pick up
(raindate 5/22: We will only report to CHS on Tuesday 5/22 if it rains on Monday. I will send a notification through Remind, email and post on my website if concert is postponed)

Report to band room - keep instruments in cases!!! I will tell you when it is time to take them out. There will teachers volunteering to help with supervision; please respect them and follow directions.
